Terms for using Ganghkau Pinra

1. The platform

Ganghkau Pinra provides organization-management tools, including memberships, events, internal feeds, departments, roles, community relationships, and membership-card verification. Organizations are independent users of the platform. We do not control their day-to-day decisions, membership criteria, content, or activities.

2. Eligibility

You must be capable of forming a binding agreement to create your own account and sign in to Ganghkau Pinra. If you sign in through a social-login provider, that provider's own age and eligibility requirements also apply to you.

Ganghkau Pinra does not require a child to create their own account. An organization may instead keep a membership record for a child, a family member, or another individual who does not sign in directly (an "unlinked" membership) — for example, so a household can be tracked together. The organization, or the parent or guardian who provided that information, is responsible for making sure it was entered lawfully and appropriately. See Section 10 of our Privacy Policy for more on how this kind of information is handled.

3. Accounts and access

You may sign in using an available social-login provider. Keep your social account secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity through your account and for notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. We may limit or suspend access when it is necessary to protect the platform, users, organizations, or comply with law.

4. Organization administrators

If you create or administer an organization, you are responsible for the information you enter or collect, the people you authorize, and the organization settings you choose. You must obtain any permission required to collect, use, display, or share membership information, especially information about children or sensitive personal details. You must use membership-card QR verification and public profile settings carefully, because those settings can make information available outside the organization. This responsibility also covers any copy of that information you export from the platform — for example, using a membership CSV export or an organization migration archive — since we no longer control it once it leaves our systems.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Ganghkau Pinra to:

• Break the law, violate another person's rights, or misuse personal information.
• Impersonate another person, create false membership records, or obtain access without authorization.
• Post unlawful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent, or infringing material.
• Interfere with the platform, bypass security controls, scrape data without permission, or introduce malicious code.
• Use the platform for unsolicited advertising, spam, or activity that harms other users or organizations.
• Generate, share, or rely on a membership-card verification link for a person other than who it actually identifies, or otherwise misuse public verification pages.

6. Your content, and our platform

You retain rights in content and information you provide. You give us permission to host, store, reproduce, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the platform to you and the organization with the relevant permissions. You confirm that you have the rights and authority needed to provide that content and information.

Ganghkau Pinra's own name, logo, design, and underlying software remain ours (or our licensors'). These Terms do not give you any right to use our branding, or to copy or reuse the platform itself, outside of using the service as intended.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the platform handles personal information. Organizations may have their own privacy notices and responsibilities for the membership information they manage.

8. Third-party services

Social-login providers and organization social links are third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their availability. Our Privacy Policy lists the third-party services we rely on to operate the platform itself.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Ganghkau Pinra at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, or an organization's access, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, if required by law, or if we discontinue the platform. Where practical, we will try to give notice first, but urgent safety, security, or legal situations may require acting immediately.

Ending your access does not remove information that an organization is responsible for keeping in its own records, or information we must keep for the reasons described in our Privacy Policy's Retention section. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, liability, and governing law — continue to apply after your access ends.

10. Availability and changes to these Terms

We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but it may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when they were last revised. Where a change is significant, we may also ask signed-in users to review and re-accept the current Terms before continuing to use certain features. Continued use after an update means you agree to the updated Terms, where permitted by law.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose, and we make no warranty about the accuracy of information entered by organizations or other users. Organizations remain responsible for their own decisions, records, and use of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, and our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us to use it in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the platform, the information you or your organization enter or share, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, except where the laws that apply to you require otherwise. Before bringing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

14. General provisions

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the platform, and replace any earlier understanding on the same subject. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the platform, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
